Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Acworth People Search does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them only to answer your message.

Because we retain very little, a request will usually involve checking contact messages and server logs, then removing information we can identify. Submit a request through the Contact page. Public records held by the City of Acworth, Cobb County Clerk of Superior Court, Cobb County Board of Tax Assessors, Cobb County courts, or Georgia agencies remain under the control of those custodians. The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. ยง 50-18-70 et seq., governs access to state and local public records, but it does not create a general right to erase an accurate public record.
